Have you received my application?
Once you submit your application through our website you will receive an automatic response confirming that your application has been received. If you do not receive this response, please check your spam/junk. We will assess the information provided and will be in touch if for any reason you are ineligible for this mid-market rent initiative, normally within a few weeks
If you meet all the eligibility criteria we will put your application forward for consideration for a property. The properties are allocated on a first come first served basis once eligibility and affordability have been established.
Can I amend my application?
We are unable to change any information on your submission once it has been received. There is a declaration at the end of the application that must be completed. You can apply again on the website if your details are incorrect.
When will I know if my application has been successful?
Due to a very high demand for this development we will be allocating the properties in advance of the build completion. When we have a confirmed completion date from the construction team we will update all applicants.
Can I view the property?
Due to the very high demand and the necessity of allocating the properties in advance of the build completion we will not be able to conduct viewings. We will provide floorplans and descriptions of the specifications to successful applicants.
Can I choose a specific property?
We will do our best to accommodate any requests or requirements but cannot guarantee that specific requests can be met.
When can I move in?
The development will be completed in phases over a period of around 18 months. There will be 8 phases in total of various sizes. We will contact all applicants as and when we have updates on completion of the phases from the construction team.
Am I allowed pets?
It is currently not possible to keep any pets at Harbour Gateway.
